How come I get a fatal error when I try to run Batman Arkham City?

I recently bought Batman Arkham City in DataBlitz for the PC. I have already installed the game but when I try to run it I get this error



Fatal error!

Address = 0x0 (filename not found)





How can I resolve or fix this problem?How come I get a fatal error when I try to run Batman Arkham City?
Its either the disk or your disk drive.

    same problem dude...lets hope there is someone to help us...everyone say that directx 11 should be updated.but mine is a updated one.but still the game is not working. :(
